# days into a new contract, line gets cut

My line gets disconnected by Vodacom 3 days into a new contract, due to the fact that I am over my Credit limit... WHAT!!!
Really. I have a SMART ADVANCED contract with Vodacom, 450 minutes anytime, 450 sms, etc, etc, all for R769 per month.
I have not even been billed, not used a single sms and after dialling *111#, they tell me I have over 400 minutes left etc, etc.
I call 0821946, they say that I must first pay the bill of R768.46 before they will reconnect my account, as their billing runs from the 3rd to the 3rd of the month, therefore from 28 February 2013 to the 3 March 2013, I have been billed R768.46 and a provisional R778.49 which is payable end of April 2013, therefore exceeding my limit.
ICASA, here I come and will take this further with legal action.
DO NOT GET VODACOM CONTRACTS PEOPLE
