I had a problem that Virgin Mobile had debited my account after I had terminated my account with them. After I had written a complaint here on "hellopeter" they responded.
Things looked promising for a change from Virgin Mobile's side, sadly the promises were empty.
They were to pay me back the money for the incorrect debit. After numerous e-mails and phone calls this has not happened as promised. Virgin Mobile claim that a credit has been passed from their side. I have forwarded them e-mails of my bank statements which don't reflect any such credit. "They shall investigate and get back to me". A month has almost past since I have brought this problem to their attention. I am tired of trying to call them and explain the problem.
I would like to have feedback as to when this will be resolved.
