MTN Fails to Execute Debit Orde

I find this absolutely unacceptable that organisation such as MTN cannot execute debit orders in a timeous fashion. I am still waiting for my February debit to go off and the guys at the call centre cannot give me answer.

We as consumers are always hounded by MTN but MTN cannot live up to his service.
