I have recently switched to cell c on a new contract from mtn after their new marketing campaign.
From the start of this contract I have had minimal to no network coverage at all. I have never used my voicemail service so much on any other network, the phone does not even ring. Try making a call and there is no signal.
As for the data service it's a joke, I took this contract as it has 1gb of data a month. I cannot even use the data as there is no service all the time. This is a breach of contract and cell c has not delivered on the services they have promised. I want my contract cancelled with no penalties and want my number converted to prepaid so that I can move to a more reliable network who can deliver. This is, I am paying for a service with I cannot even use!!!
