I bought a cell phone through E bucks with CA cell as their supplier. Had the phone a few weeks and it asked for a OS update. Doing that the phone got a virus and the whole phone was wiped. Took them weeks to collect and also to send back. Once I got it back the phone will only work for a while them no calls can be made or received, BBM, Whatsapp nor App world works. They collected it again and on return no battery in the box. Had a few words with E bucks as they are my only connection. Told them this was nonsense and they said they will see to get a new phone. Today someone else phones me saying they sending me a battery. Got it but it's a secondhand one, not my battery. And still I don't know if the phone is working or what they did to "repair" a brand new phone!!! This is not exceptable, a R4000 phone with this much problems and they don't care, they got their money!!!
