I have complained earlier this year about a Lounge set I purchased from Bears Chatsworth. The lounge set was replaced in May. When I received the lounge set I informed Bears that the Lounge set was not okay it was not comfortable to sit on. I was told that as we make use of the lounge set it will get better. Two months ago I informed the store that the I was experiencing probems with the Lounge set nothing was done and I got no feed back. At the begining of the month I went in to the store complained and the sales rep said that there is nothing they can do about it. My daughter contacted customer care and was informed that the store manager need to report in order for customer care to take action. My daughter contacted the Store Manager on Saturday she said she will lodge the complaint on Monday however there is nothing they can do I WILL BE LIABLE FOR COST OF REPAIRS!!! Up until today I have not been contacted by the store or customer care I am not even sure if the manager did lodge the complaint. The lounge set is new and the 3 seater is already sinking!! I am very disappointed with the service and quality of products!!!
