I took my Blackberry in for repairs on the 31st Jan and was told it would be ready in 6weeks. 6 weeks later I dont receive any notification, so i call in to find out. I am told their systems were down and my notification might have gotten lost in the system. I am told my phone is ready for collection, however when I get there the phone has no battery, when I booked the phone in the only accessories taken out the phone was the SIM and memory card; the battery was booked in with the phone. I ask them to get me my battery so I can collect my phone with all the accessories it was booked in with. It is over a week since this happened and I have yet again heard nothing from the service provider. This type of service is just not acceptable and I am extremely unhappy.
