Warranty / Guarantee RIP OFF!!!

On the 05/02/ 2013 I raised a complaint with Game Store cell phone department at Lake side mall to repair a trackpad that is faulty and freezing on a four months old Blackberry 9300 3G from Vodacom. The phone was purchased as an upgrade in September and Vodacom Repair Center refused to sort it out claiming that since it was given as a gift on a deal they cannot assist. We then went back to Game and were made to complete a Warranty form and were informed that the repairs should be done within 21 days. Upon several follow up we are informed today that the trackpad is repaired but we need to pay R382 as the damaged in physical. How DARE YOU!!! This trackpad stopped working since December last year and we just kept it hoping that it will work again. And now we are told that we have to pay for this? Why do you offer deals in your phamphlets knowing that your phones are faulty and customers have to PAY FOR THE REPAIRS. If we knew we would not have taken this deal.. PLEASE CONTACT ME URGENTLY TO SORT THIS as Game is now passing the buck... My repair number is 0438/00003924
