I am so upset, i took out a contract with Cell c, i receved the second phone in Feb, or Macrh in June i was already complaining that the croller doesnt work, i then got told by Nkosana at their southgate branch there are no loan units, i went again in July sane story and again in August. Till i decided to take it to Rosebank. I received a loan unit from Emily and the supervisor who assisted me in booking the phone in, My black berry was working when booked in and i was loaned a Nokia. i get called to say my phone is back only to be told its been found"not economically feasable" to be repaired. i get to the office try charging the phone as it would not go on when i got to Cell c and to my surprise now the phone is completely dead and not even going on, And to think when i booked it it was was working perfectly fine it was just the scroller that would not move!!! I am phone less and need this phone for work purposes, if i knew tis would happen i would not have booked it in the first place highly upset!!!
