IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT!

I have been trying for a week to contact the MTN Service Centre in Morningside Sandton. There are 2 numbers listed:
083 222 6271 - This number rings and cuts off ALL DAY!
011 301 8111 - This number has been engaged for A WEEK!!
This is positively OUTRAGEOUS! I've been trying to confirm that my cellphone is back from being repaired (which in itself has taken 2 weeks to replace a BUTTON!)
