I am trying to contact Ukrainian Embassy in Pretoria for get the document required by Home Affairs for the extention my visa. It has been more then 2 weeks since I am calling on their landline without any success, there is no answer no matter what time of the day I am calling, I even tried consulate's cellphone number, same result. I did send them an email, to find out any information and request the document I need for my visa about a week ago, but no feedback from that side. Some of the times I called the embassy the line was engaged, tried to redial straight after and no answer, so I am sure there is someone there. It is impossible to get hold of them and my matter is quiet urgent. As far as I remember, the visits are by appointments only...
