Today I decided that I need to settle my student loan. Called the contact centre number and was told I needed to call another number 012 338 9550. This number rings (no one picks up or it's simply engaged). I call the contact centre again and they give me a different number 011 726 3110... and again the same thing, no answer and or simply engaged. I call the third time and the consultant asked me 3 security questions and then gave me my balance.
Why could the other consultants not give me my outstanding balance? Let's hope they can resolve my other query: Reference number qjvliaiibx
