I have a problem with Cell C for almost a month. I phone the call centre every day and still they can't sort out my problem. I spoke to a Supervisor and still the same problem.. This is getting frustrated. I must pay my account every month, but i must pay for something that is not working. My BBM is not working, i sent a bbm, then i have to switch of my cellphone, switch on and then it will go through. This happens every time before i get a bbm or before a bbm will go out, switch of and on. I bought a new phone and still the same problem so it is not the phone but Cell C network. Please help me this can't go on like this anymore it is frustrated..
