Recently during a routine enquiry I had a shock being told I have three numbers on my account.

On further inquiry I was informed that the one was a Pay as You Go Number.

When I called 808 they confirmed but said they could not recycle the number and sent me to 173
When I called 173 they couldnt find the number though my ID which I found strange. Only through the SIM card number. I dont recognise the number so where am I to get a Sim card number. Im then told to go to 808.

Who can help me. I want all prepaid numbers on my ID number recylced.

Can someone contact me at the listed email account on my profile and confirm in writing.

In the last report I asked about access to Imail. This was the second time, first in Nov and now in April. Again no confirmation on access to your services.

Please assist. I dont want third parties being able to use numbers on my profile. Please recycle all prepaid numbers on my ID in the Account Number field.
