Cancellation of Contracts with MTN

I have Been waiting since Monday the 23rd of December 2013 for MTN to contact me after i have driven out to Morningside service centre to cancel my 2 contracts with MTN. Firstly i have arrived at the Morningside Branch having to wait over an Hour and a half to get my ticket called up. then i got horrible communication skills from the consultant who had helped me. He was Very Unproffessional in helping me resolve my Cancellation request of the 2 Contracts. The Consultant however didn't explain anything he said i must wait for a reference number to be sent to me and to wait for MTN to phone me directly to workout how the payment will be made to cancel my contracts. It is Now the 16th of January 2014 i have not heard from MTN nor have i received a reference number Either!!! i have been phoning all these contact numbers 808, 011 808 9000, 011 301 8111, 011 808 9001, 083 1 808. To find that my call gets Ended almost as if rejected. and the only number i had luck with was the 808 number but i have been waiting for 3 days for a consultant to pick up the phone it just rings and rings.
