I've been without Internet now for more than 2 weeks due to Mweb's don't care attitude. My modem got damages but is still under guarantee. I ordered a new replacement from Cresta, The guy there, Thabo told it would take 2 to 5 days. Its been 7 days now and no modem. I tried phoning Cape Town and also Cresta on numerous. They just don't answer the phones but hang up instead. I've got numerous reference numbers but that's all!!! I finally got to speak to someone in Cape Town this morning and they promised to phone me back. Needless to say, NOTHING.Tried phoning back and again no answers. This is useless service. Another business down the drain?
