Un paid account and ITC listing

I received a message regarding my Telkom account on the 24/03/2013 and a call again this morning. I told the gentleman who called me that I have settled my Telkom account in full in October 2012. I received a call again last week on Wednesday 15 May 2013 from Keshwin Swarts from DMI attorneys although I have paid my account in full I promised him that I will pay the account again although I had already paid just to get my name removed from ITC. Please help me I need to get my name removed from ITC.

My account was handed over to VVM attorneys last year and the amount owing including the legal fees was R1539.54 which I paid in full on the 22/10/2012 at Woolworths Alberton the proof of payment is attached.

I am told at Telkom that an amount of R638 including VAT was charged on the 4/12/2012 on this closed account. My question is that why was I charged on the closed account. I have called Telkom more than once enquiring about this and to date I have got a satisfactory answer.
