I once reported an account where Cell C binded me to a contract under false pretence 2 years ago. After a lot of money spent on petrol and airtime to solve this problem, the account was closed by Cell C.
Since last month I am called by Cell C attorneys wanting me to pay for a Cell C account. Cell C what is going on in that company?? I see on this site you are the highest in complaints with 92.
I do not have an account with you and would like you to please sort this out as I dont have the time, money nor patience to deal with your company's mistakes anymore. Two years ago I had even reported this to the Ombudsman, I will need to revive that complaint again. Why must people trying to make an honest living be dragged into the conspiracies that your company creates??
