Case - removing money from my account

I'm horrified by the service I have got from 8ta. I took out a 10GB in March 2012 and had no problems. In july/august this year 8ta started removing R1550.00 out of my account. When I enquired I was told it is because I took out two contracts in March 2012 (apparently 2 days apart) I have had a case pending with them since then and still NOTHING has been done. They are still trying to take R1550.00 out my account every few days (they have managed once to remove the money. I was told they will refund the money when case is sorted). They now have a debt collection company trying to remove money from my account. I have phoned and gone into the shop numerous times to be told it has been handed over to the department. No one will actually tell me who is dealing with it. Just checked my bank account and they have tried again in the last 5 days to remove R1550.00 from my account twice. WHO THE IS ACTUALLY GOING TO SORT THIS OUT. Surely by now they can see that the 2nd account has never been used or activated. How the do I stop 8ta/Telkom from removing money from my account and actually sorting out this problem
