WE HAVE NOT HAD BIS COVERAGE IN EBONY PARK DFOR THE PAST 4 WEEKS. AND MTN CANNOT GIVE US A TURN AROUND TIME ON REPAIRS FOR THIS MATTER. I MEAN HOW PATHETIC CAN THIS BE, FOR SUCH A BIG COMPANY TO REALLY OFFER SUCH SERVICE. WE LOADED OUR BIS FOR A REASON AND IT CAN ONLY BE USED FOR A MONTH, BUT FOR THEM NOT TO BE A BLE TO CONFIRM WHEN THIS WILL BE FIXED BY AND NOT EVEN KEEP US UPDATED IT JUST TOO PATHETIC AND SHAMEFUL. THIS IS REALLY THE TIME I AM THINKING OF BIDDING THEM FAREWELL AND SAYING HELLO VODACOM. I CANNOT USE INTERNET, BBM OR WATSUP AT ALL.
