WHAT PATHETIC SERVICE ITS ACTUALLY DISGUSTING!!!

About 3months ago i started having problems with my KIC fridge i then called game as the fridge was still under the manufacturers warranty as my extended warranty has not kicked in yet. They then sent out a technician who was unable to sort the fridge out after 5attemps. On the 6th attempt he was at my house for 3hours trying to fix the fridge but no joy came from it. He then decided to take the fridge with him, which he kept for 1 MONTH with not so much as a call or sms to keep me updated, instead i had to do the calling around. Eventually after the month past by my fridge was brought back to me rusted, dented and scratched and still not working. The technician asked me to keep the fridge off for 3hours then to call him if its not working. I called him to inform him that the fridge is nt working but he did not answer my calls so i sent him a msg and to this day i have received no feedback. So this morning i went to game pavilion to try and solve this matter but what pathetic service i waited for 2hours trying to work this matter out but no luck instead i was told theres nothing they can do until a technician comes to sort my problem out!!! PATHETIC PATHETIC SERVICE!!! WHAT A SHAME!!!
