My name is Keneilwe Keni Stone. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and ridiculed by the appauling service i recieved from a certain Matumela Sothoane this morning. I have been an MTN customer for the past 15 years and i really am thinking of leaving your STUPID and PATHETIC network. This agent was RUDE, SPOKE OVER ME, WOULDNOT ASSIST ME AT ALL.She was VERY VERY IMPATIENT and she needs to be COACHED THOROUGHLY..I wonder how you people at MNT hire their agents. It seems like you just picked her up from the street and said "Come and take calls." This is just PATHETIC and DISGUSTING... I am extremely DISAPPOINTED...
She apperently reports to PATRICIA MOGALE...!!!...Who called me back and also gave me ATTITUDE...
