Lodged my complaint on 12th June 2013. Response from Cell C 13th June 2013. Cell C contacted me on 13th June 2013 and advised a technician would call on me to assess my problems. I'm still waiting 2 weeks later!!!
Pathetic Coverage turns into Pathetic service. I'm now really regretting moving from Vodacom where I had excellent service and fantastic coverage.
Another company that makes idle promises to attract the customers and then ignores them. Beware Cell C customers will vote with their feet and never come back.
