From Mtn Loyal to Mtn Zero

I applied for an Apple ipad contract through Mtn, after waiting a day for a response, I was informed that the contract have been declined, according to their system I could not afford the contract. I left the store and immediately phoned their customer care line on 808, desperate to find someone to assist me and help me understand how they came to this conclusion. The agent informed me that they cannot assist me and I was transferred to what I believe to be Mtn Direct, after holding for 13 minutes, the agent informed me that she can unfortunately not assist me and that I have to phone 808, when I asked her to transfer me she responded that unfortunately she could not and I will have to phone again. Once again I phoned 808 just to be informed that they cannot assist me. I fail to understand that in a company as large as Mtn I could not find one person who could assist me, neither could I find someone who was willing to investigate and get back to me. I have never been more disgusted or dissappointed in my life. Mtn has truly failed me, 13 years of loyalty and thousands of rands later clearly means very little to giant companies like Mtn.
