Rude and Bad attitude

I called to find out why has my account not being debited as I have been having problems with my Vodacom contract going into arrears due to late debiting and misunderstandings on arrangements. I called 111 and the lady who tried to assist eventually had to consult with a billing agent while I was on hold. Eventually she came back to the phone and said she would now tranfer me to this agent that was assisting her "Xoliswa Chilang" that's if that's her real name. She then asked for the contract number in question and I asked if her collegue had not provided her with my details since she said she asked her to look at my account in order to assist me. The response I got was " Obviously not! " I then asked for her supervisor and she said she will also not assist me (Sasha Meyer) I asked if her supervisor has a manager I can talk to and guess what was the response "obviously! " And she continued to say she won't assist me further and dropped the line.
