I posted a complaint about lack of response to my coverage problem. I was asked for further information (req1757165) which I provided on 13/2/2013. I have heard nothing since. I am now so desperate that I'm going to pay off my outstanding contract fee, but then isn't that what MTN wanted - to rather have me pay them for 11 months of contract time rather than either investigate the problem or have the decency to give me a letter to release me from a service that they cannot provide. MTN you are a despicable company.
