I have been waiting for a consultant from the retentions department to give me a call back for over a week now. I am due an upgrade on my mobile and the reason retentions were going to call me is that they had offered me a month's free on my contract. I can't seem to get hold of anyone when I call the landline number, and so logged a message via the MTN website, where I initially had a good response, saying that my details had been sent onto the retentions department and that they would be in contact with me once it had been logged with a consultant. Does this normally take over a week??? Or do retentions not want to retain my business after more than two years with MTN???
