Not a leading mobile provide

My blackberry stopped working on Friday when it comes to me receiving emails, mycalendar updates, BBM, and internet. I have been calling cell c since last Saturday and everytime I am told to take my battery out and put it back in. I spoke to them about five times on Saturday, no success. On Monday, I had to call them twice to then be told to await an sms from a team leader to tell me what to do as the technical support is unable to help me. On my third call enquiring as to where this sms is, I am told they have a network problem, I am in the meantime paying for services that I do not get, I would not have opted for their blackberry package if I had known that their network is the worst in the country and their service non exisitent. I have missed two appointments already not knowing that they have a network problem. I am utterly disgusted at the level of service by cell c. not even enough courtesy to let me know that they have a network problem, until I had to waste my money calling them.
