Cell C my worst nightmare

I unfortunately got a contract in May with Cell c. I have not being able to use it one day with out having dropped calls, missed calls, no network, on e most of the time so no Internet. I have over 5 reference numbers, I have had a network consultant visit my work to test phone phone and still I have no answerer or solutions just NO HELP from cell c and they just say: they will send an email to network and then nothing. Blanche from cell c contacted me after I put a complaint on hello peter and told me to do an Iphone fix told me my handset maybe faulty. Which I don't believe it is at all. I now can prove that as I have a blackberry phone with my cell c simcard and I have the same problems. Bad or no network. I have no Network as of an hour ago and my phone is on SOS and it cannot find any networks. I am now Cell phone less and CELL c call centre that I just rang: Said they will send an email to the networkdepartment to get back to me: WHAT??? I have no phone SOS and have complained for over 3 months: some of my ref numbers are: 3051301286 on16 May 3061701191 ; 3062002653, 3070104159, 3061701191 and SD 116051 . cancel my contract cellc I have tried everything. I await cell c repy
