IPAD 3 Internet Connection Problems

I've been struggling with MTN Richards Bay since the day I bought my micro SIM in December '12 to get connection to the Internet. I would go to MTN, wait ages to be served and then they would (temp.) fix it within minutes. When I get home and try to go into Internet, nothing. I went back and forth to MTN, wait in line, get the problem fix and the next day, same problem. Fed up, I went to MTN on Saturday (3 March '13) to get it fixed once and for all. Waited more than an hour and a half just to be told that the 2 men that are working with the IPAD "connections" are not in and I must come back on Monday. The lady didn't even want to have a look at the "problem". She just refuses to listen to anything and insisted that I came back on Monday. Yesterday I went back to MTN, thinking finally I would have this problem fix. I spoke to the floor guy (very friendly and helpful), I told him that I'm here to see one of the "Experts". The expert told him to tell me that I need a new sim, because of the cut, but I need to stand in the line again. I spoke to the Manager, Yogan Govender 1st said I must go to another MTN store or wait in line, AGAIN? lol PATHETIC SERVICE and MANAGER!!!
