NETWORK ISSUE OF CELL C

I have reached a height of frustration with my phone eversince i upgraded on around the 10th JUly 2013 to a Blackberry Bold 9790.

I have called the Blackberry helpdesk many times and they have sent me service packs for my phone but that has not eased the problem. I have not had network from 7:30 to 9:45 this morning, the 18.08.13, yet my premiums are met timeously with such pathetic network service.

I have been asked so many times of my bbm pin but what exactly is the point when my problem is not being sorted out.

I honestly do not know what to do as I am not getting any network. So i cannot phone my children or sick husband because i am in a contract with cell and hence i do not get any network... can somebody help me plse..Im loosing my mind with such outrageous and pathetic network.
