My blackberry handset is in the second year warranty and my scroll key and the letter n was faulty so it was booked in, I received the phone back stating it was repaired and it was a software upgrade upon switching the phone on that evening I noticed my camera was no longer accessible and the phone still have the same problems it went in with.i took the phone back to the store a day or two later and it was booked in once again.ireceived a msg stating the phone was ready for collection and upon arrival I was told my phone is now water damages. I through a tantrum and the service manager Peiter responded to my complaint and stated he will resolve it. A day laterite was sent a msg stating the phone is ready for collection, so I called and was told the phone will not be repaired as it's water damaged. I have made numerous calls to the store to chat to store managers but was put on hold and eventually cut out, I was also told the store manager will call me back as he is busy, it is nearly one month later and I have no response from the manager and no solution to my phone.the service from the store and management and staff is utterly distugusting.
