I phoned Vodacom to log a complaint against them in the beginning of December, they said that they would get back to me but till today they still have not. We are stuck on a two year data contract but it takes ages for a webpage to open up if it does open up. Also we are four people using BlackBerry handhelds and the same problem, what is the use of a contract? We have to pay them but for what, also I have been blocked off their facebook page, perhaps because I speak my mind. I would like them to sort out this problem, even if it means they have to put up another tower, I do not care as long as they sort this out. Everybody around us is moving over to 8ta as they have better coverage. Please sort this out VODACOM...
