Vodacom... A YEAR later and another 2 MONTHS late

VodaCom Internet connectivity in Parys Free State is STILL a problem!
This exact issue was reported for the first time February 2012 (around 4 / 5 February)
It is now 20 May 2013... almost 15 months later
AND THE ISSUE IS STILL HERE!!!

On a weekly basis I have reported this same issue to VodaCom Customer Care
Each and every week there is a new promise... none of which has been met

March I was promised that some sort of 3G Booster would be installed,
they were just waiting on stock to arrive...
By the latest end of April...
Well, end of April has come and gone... still no Internet signal!

Now the promise is end of June...
but there is also a of a lot of people waiting on this "booster"
so it might still be later!!!

What is going on???

Every month my money is good enough to be taken on the last working day of the month,
and should there be a late payment, the phone service is cut off immediately,
yet it is supposed to be acceptable to wait 14 months for something that I am paying for each and every month, and still have no service!!!
And then to hear that I am now suddenly supposed to be on a waiting list, that could be how knows long!

THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!
