As from the very first moth I signed up with Telkom I had problems with billing and I had to phone and go through the whole excellent call center experience. I eventually decided to cancel my line due to frustration and I was told to pay another months installment 30 day notice period. I paid it already my line was cancelled on the 1st of March and has been reactivated by some unknown force. When I phoned I was told to wait 3 to 5 working days for a call from them. I persuaded all of my friends to cancel their lines we will rather use an alternative. I pay with a debit order and every statement reckons I am in arrears...
