Cancellation of data contract

I took out a data contract with Cell C. I checked their web and called to see if i have 3G coverage at my home address before signing the contract. I dont have 3G coverage. Called the call centre numerous times, filled in a "network problem investigation sheet" sent gugu and Sthobekile emails asking for help. Sthobekile sent me settings because according to him it was a problem with my tablet and not the network. This was not the case at all. Ive been requesting to cancel this contract with Cell C for 2/3 weeks now and my first complaint was on June 18, exactly 7 days after purchase. Im ignored with every single request. I refuse to pay for something i have no use for and that just frustrates me. I want this contract cancelled as in yesterday
