Six weeks (mid January 2013) ago I took my son's HTC phone in for repairs. He is a student and very dependent on his phone. After weeks I inquired about progress. The phone was "lost" and could not be found on the system. When it was eventually "found" I was told that we can expect it mid March. The lady in the shop told me in a very non polite manner that it was impossible to fast track repairs.
Three weeks ago the Sim-card on my iPad stopped responding. I took it to the local branch where it spent two days. They informed me that they don't now how to fix it and that they are waiting for IT to fix it.
I called the service center and got one e-mail telling me it needs to be Rica d.
Up to now nothing happened except that another monthly subscription fee was deducted.
I will surely not renew my six cellphone contracts with Nashua when it is due.
