My Samsung Galaxy SII's screen cracked, i reported it to Nashua Mobile as i have insurance in place. They took it in for repairs on the 26th February 2013 at the Clearwater branch. Today on the 05th April 2013, which is over 6 weeks, i went to Clearwater to enquire about my Phone and nothing has been done on my phone. This is unacceptable really! I do not have a phone and no one at Nashua Mobile has an idea of when i will be getting my Phone back. I regret ever choosing Nashua Mobile as my preferred mobile service provider.
