My hubby saw the cell package on this site: [URL Removed] and since Monday he has queried why he can't be permitted to have this deal. The deal includes 2G additional data free. He remains without a reasonable response.
If it is that Cell C has marketed incorrectly they have also failed to remove the incorrect marketing advert despite his call to the call centre. As consumers we believe we have the right to good faith deals... he has alerted them and they have failed to respond and the ad remains. Are they so blas? ' that they need not respond or do right by false advertising???
We eagerly await a response from Cell C as to why they can not make good on this deal???
