Last week (23Feb) my family and I went to MTN Fourways Crossing to have our contracts renewed. Quite easy: 3 x Talk 500. 2 x Sony Experia, 1 x Samsung Galaxy S3. On Sunday we realised that they've allocated the wrong data bundles to the wrong contracts/numbers. We went back immediately where Lerato assisted us, she immediately phoned the manager and promised that it would be rectified within 24 hrs. I phoned on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and no-one was able to assist me. I went back into MTN on Sunday (3March) and was met with a "cant you come back on Monday? " Needless to say Clement gave me the same story as Lerato and 8 days later these contracts are still incorrect. I was promised a call before 10h today and guess what?? NO CALL.
I am not covering the costs for the data used - between Paul who updated the contract incorrectly and Lerato and Clement they can sort out the costs.
I've had these contracts for 12 years AND NOT ONCE HAS AN UPDATE BEEN DONE CORRECTLY.
I expect a call from MTN FOURWAYS CROSSING MANAGER TODAY.
