I have now had NO connectivity for over 9 days. I have daily submitted support tickets, been told there is network congestion, daily had my ticket escalated, daily sat on the phone for hours trying to get someone to help.
Afrihost manage my telkom support. I have been given reference numbers, I have done everything I can and 9 days later have got NO further with no idea of what to do or who to contact to make it better
My business depends in connectivity, I have relayed it to over 7 consultants... All with the same result: 'we will escalate your tickets, that's all we can do'
No alternate arrangement. No follow ups. Although the consultants are very friendly, I have actually had zero help in that matte
