Ordered two business DSL lines via Afrihost (managed by them) for our two schools IP phone systems. After numerous support calls about the pathetic upload speeds (10kbps etc), I decided to email them. I explicitly asked for them to call me, but instead I get a cheeky email from a support tech stating what I already said had not worked on previous occasions. Then he said he hoped I will give him a good rating! Yeah right!!! How about listening to your customer and calling to discuss the serious line speed issues. This contract just started, but is very close to being terminated. Hopefully this hellopeter appeal gets some attention at someone in their management. I really thought Afrihost was the best ISP, but am poorly mistaken if my experiences are anything to go by, . DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS DSL TO THEM!!!
