I am very disappointed in your Hosting support team.
I have been unable to get support on a hosting package I have with Afrihost.
Each time I call for support the technician I get through to needs to chat to his manager, the manager then needs to chat to someone else, and everyone doesn't have a clue what's going on.
I have had to move my site onto a different server with another company to get my site up.
According to the Hosting Package I took with Afrihost I get "24/7 Priority Support" but this does not seem to be the case.
I called the support centre and was told that the System Admin Team are not in and will need to try again and follow up tomorrow.
Is this the support I can expect going forward?
