Thank you for the reply Veronica @ MTN but i'm still not happy. Your Branch in Canal Walk cant even help my query, other then capping on 200MB / R60 equivilant, how about some-one like me that uses my Blackberry as a modem to gain acess to the internet. how is that going to affect me? or anyone else? my account was R780.00 am i already being charged for this new capping system? because that would seem unfair. The lady at Canal Walk said it will be reflected on my data charges. i need to monitor this. only 10 more months then of Blackberry for me.
