My mother forgot her password for her mobileemail.vodafonesa account. She phoned 082155 and after Innocent picked up, my mom spoke in Afrikaans. Innocent then said that unfortenately she cant talk Afrikaans well (she said this in Afrikaans), but she does understand it, so if it is fine with my mohter that she speaks English - my mother can speak Afrikaans. She then helped my mother very friendly and quickly!
