UNACCEPTABLE BLACKBERRY

I have sent my Blackberry in for phone that is freezing on 5 different times. We have an upgrade on the 1August but we are STILL sending in phone for repairs, after explaining that we will NOT accept another blackberry guess what my only option another blackberry!!! you find yourself hitting a wall and after reporting this to MTN complaints still no feedback after more than a week. If this is how they look after there customers i wonder if we should even do an upgrade. Only light in this case is Aron for canal Walk and Scott Cross from repairs but their hands are tied to so it seems we will have to spend more of our precious time to investigate and call so this matter can referrred to higher level. my ref nr REQ:2347698
