Contract Cancelled

This is a follow up to my Hello Peter report of 1 August 2012.

Since September 2010 I have been told that Vodacom that "The Network Division has confirmed that there are planned upgrades for the sites in your area but no confirmed dates are available as yet"

No upgrades were done and for the past six months, I have not been able to connect to the internet due to the very slow connection.

Vodacom have now admitted that they have no current solution for my area and at my request have cancelled my contract without any penalties.
