Account shows arrears, even when paid

Every month, in the beginning of each month, I pay my full account. This has been happening ever since I had my contract. On 1 Feb 2013, I pay my account. I receive an SMS that my payment was received. Then, on [URL Removed] I receive a notification that my account is in arrears. I call the call center on 3 February 2013, around 16h00. The operator is incredibly rude, keeping on to interrupt me, insisting that payment are made for the month past. I have been a vodacom client for 10 years, and every month my account is paid, now she wants me to pay double? Teach your people manners and sort out my account please
