No refunded money owed to me for the past month!

Went in to purchase the galaxy note 2 on March 3rd. Specifically requested a grey/silver model. When I opened the box I discovered it was white and immediately returned it. I paid R5000 cash and R2776 by debit card. The consultant tried in vain to refund to my debit card. I went back on the 13th to enquire about the refund and was promised payment within 3 - 5 working days on presentation of my banking details which was made immediately. After receiving nothing for the next 2 weeks, I followed up by email and was asked to again present my banking details which I did immediately. Went back to auto page on the 5th of April to discover that the signatory was on holiday for the long weekend and had not yet signed off on the refund (4 days after the weekend had ended). It is now the 9th of April and I have received no refund or response to my email. I have tried phoning but after 5 minutes of background music I figured that nobody is going to answer.
