What Client Service Manager???

I have over the past few montha never experienced such a lack of service as what I have experienced from Neotel, I have used there email account for a while with no problems except that I have to constantly delete important mails as the size of the mail box is tiny, Untill two months ago for some reason my acsess to my email account was denied, customer services have a awesome trick they put you on hold and just dont come back to the phone they dont ask or anything... when Andew Naidoo eventually responded to my email that I sent his responce was I am sorry that this happened I see that the problem was sorted out on 13 Feb, I assure that this will not happen again, How ever the problem till today 03 March has not yet been resolved, he also went on to say that if the problem was not resolved please call him on 242... I dont have a neotel phone but only a dongle so its safe to say he didnt even bother to check what devise I was using!!!

Do not use neotel for email purposes!!! the service is shocking!!!
